What is EFT?

It's the surprising natural healing aid you can use for almost everything.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is an emotional, needle free version of acupuncture that is based on new discoveries regarding the connection between your body's subtle energies, your emotions, and your health. EFT has been reported successful in thousands of cases covering a huge range of emotional, health and performance issues. It often works where nothing else will.

Best of all, anyone can learn and use EFT and you don't need specialized schooling for it. We even give away the basic methods as a free download.

Experience EFT's results for yourself - watch the free basic instruction videos to perform your first "rounds" of personal tapping in a few minutes.

But as you begin using these techniques, we urge you to bring these procedures to the attention of your physician(s) as they may reduce the need for drugs, surgeries, radiation and the like. Nothing contained herein should be considered a medical claim or medical advice. For more, read our EFT Info and Disclaimer Document, then learn about what EFT is and what it offers you.

Improve your Comfort Zones with EFT

Learn what EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique can do for you.

We all operate in comfort zones, in sports as well as in life. For our purposes here we will focus on its application to golf. The concept can be applied to any endeavor however such as music, academics writing and more. The comfort zone is an important concept within all types of performance pursuits. It's the area where an athlete or a student believes he or she belongs. For example, ask any golfer what he shoots and the typical reply is "I shoot in the high eighties or low seventies." Ask a student how they do in school and the reply might be "I'm a C student or I usually get all B's." These references indicate where people see themselves performing. It’s what they expect their typical score or grade to be.

Comfort zones can be compared to a thermostat that keeps a room within a comfortable temperature range. Comfort zones tend to keep our performance within a certain range as well. If you generally shoot in the mid 80’s think back to how many times you have shot a high score on one nine only to adjust on the other nine to shoot a score that matches your belief of "where you belong." You might shot a 48 on the front nine then shoot a 37 on the back, or vice versa. You tend to hit a blend of perfect and not so perfect shots to arrive at a score that falls within your comfort zone.

Surprisingly improving one area of a golfer's game (like putting) will not likely improve the overall score. That's because another part of the game deteriorates (like the tee ball or chipping) to adjust for the improved area. The internal thermostat of the golfer's subconscious mind is always at work to insure that the score falls within the accepted zone. That is why even if you shoot a good round much lower than normal you will shoot a higher score in the next round to bring you back to "where you belong."

With EFT you have the ability to change your "thermostat settings" which are really your belief systems and expectations. The solution is literally at your fingertips.

It Doesn't Matter. Any problem or Negative Belief can be eliminated using the techniques found in "Better Golf with EFT”.

Answer: YES! YES! YES!

Using cutting edge technology combining acupuncture and quantum physics, EFT can absolutely improve your golf game in an hour or less. Having said that, let’s be real. If you carry a 27 handicap you are not going to start shooting rounds in the 70's in less than an hour. However, you can reduce your typical score by up to 5 or 7 shots. If you are a low handicap golfer you might reduce your average score by 2 to 4 shots per round in the beginning. That's a huge amount off an already low score. It's the kind of improvement that can help you win golf tournaments.

"Baseball is 90% mental the other half is physical"...Yogi Berra. When Yogi made that famous quote he could just as easily have been speaking about golf. Yogi's math was fuzzy but his concept is crystal clear. Golf is a mental game and once you have practiced and developed some skill it's your head that gets in the way of playing your best golf.

Bobby Jones one of the all time greats said "Competitive golf is played on a five inch course - the distance between your ears".
